I am currently providing a FREE 7 point water test for rural properties.  If the house being inspected gets its drinking water from a well, spring, or cistern, I will test the  water supply for bacteria, lead, pesticides, chorline, hardness, nitrates/nitrides, and pH.  You do not need to mention the special, I do it automatically!!! 

This is the same test that I receive $150.00 to perform without an inspection.
