The 11th month inspection is for those folks who are nearing the end of their 1 year warranty on their new construction. The inspection itself is very similar to the regular inspection and differs only in that the kitchen appliances aren't observed (as they are covered by warranties from the manufacturer, not the builder).

We provide a detailed report with photos that can be provided to the builder as a 'punch list'. Cosmetic concerns are noted in the report as well as safety and functionality problems.
